Pour at Friends of Form: pours yellow with wjite head. Aroma is pineapple, sage, light funk. Fruity and somewhat funky. Solid

Bottle pour: pours peachy red with a white head. Aroma is minerally, funky, cherry and raspberry. Taste is lightly sour, some acid, dry fruitiness.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose has plenty of musty grape skins and a touch of bugginess. Flavour has tannins, grape skins, and a touch of funk. Reasonably balanced, with a reasonable yeast expression. Alright.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy bright reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma has some tart cherries and some wild bugs. Flavour is dry, with wild bugs, faded cherries, and soft floral notes. Plenty of floral, dry cherries on the finish. Decent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma has a nice musty raspberry character, wild yeast, and some leathery notes. Flavour is very soft, with dusty raspberry skins, bugs, and ha. Dusty, dry, somewhat muted. It’s alright.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a clear rosé colour with a small white head. Aroma has some barnyard funk, lots of tannins, and oak. Flavour has some bugginess, lots of tannins, oak, and muted earthiness. Yeast character is not amazing but the beer structure is good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pure phenols, with bugs and stone fruit in back. Flavour is nothing but bandaids, which destroy everything in its path. Infected. Nasty.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear dark red with a small pink head. Aroma has musty berry skins, leather notes, and some bugginess. Flavour is dry, with lots of wild yeast, very dry raspberries, and hay. Bone dry, lightly fruity. Very good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a deep dark red with a small pink head. Aroma has lots of tannins, tart berries, and light elderflower. Flavour is buggy, with lots of tart berries, elderflower, bugs, and earthy armpits. Buggy and armpity. Okay.
