330ml can. Slightly cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly spicy, slightly yeasty fruity and citrusy fruity aroma, hints of banana, coriander, orange peel, whiffs of mandarine, wasabi and chamomile. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, mildly spicy and minimally citrusy fruity, notes of banana, hints of coriander, a touch of orange peel and honey, chamomile.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation.
Nice composition with some subtleties, sadly a tad insipid - OK.

New 🇳🇱 brewery ✅ sweet toasted malty with lots of caramel and toffee like malty sweetness, dried fruit shred, ligjt spice into the sweet malty lingering finish.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 26C adapted: low alcohol / 30A: orange peel, coriander seeds, sage and thyme). Can 33 cl - Batch undeclared (BB: 01/2028). AROMA: medium-low herbal and citrus aroma with a medium wort-like sweet background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium herbal notes with some citrus (lemon, orange-like), followed by medium-high sweet beer wort. high bitterness with a dry finish but still with notes of wort. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. harshness from bitterness and astringency. OVERALL: a low alcohol tripel-like beer with too much wort character and a harshness from excessive bitterness and astringency.
