Ámbar turbia, con un dedo de espuma, ocre, bastante duradera. Aroma, predominantemente, dulce, bizcocho, galleta y notas licóricas y ligeramente herbales. En boca el tono es en general alcohólico, madera de barrica, el sabor es bastante malteado, tirando a azucarado, pero con contrapunto lupulado de amargor moderado. Se hace algo dura.
