Slightly grainy-bready, wheaty malty, minimally yeasty fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of crisp bread, a touch of spelt, some apricot. Taste is initially sweet-ish, wheaty malty and fruity hoppy, almost a bit Hopfenweisse-like, later additionally yeasty fruity and slightly peppery, yeasty spicy, hoppy notes of mandarine and orange, yeasty fruity notes of apricot, some peach and mirabelle, mild bitterness; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Dissloved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, fairly hopped, nice and relatively clean fruitiness - pleasant.
