Smells very citrusy. Tangerines for sure. The flavor is very sweet with lots of tangerine tang. It’s refreshing but I’d prefer less sweet.

This cider has a pleasant light apple aroma. The flavor is crisp, clean, lightly sweet apples. It’s nicely balanced and finishes dry.

This one has an aroma that’s full of spices. Cinnamon, clove, and allspice are the most prominent to me. The flavor is heavy on these spices and pretty sweet. It’s alright though to me the spices overwhelm the apples.

Pours black with a small, lasting tan head. Smells of dark roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. The flavor is full of dark roast malt and coffee. There’s also some dark chocolate in the robust, well-balanced flavor. Full bodied. This is an excellent stout.

Pours a very hazy dark orange with a lingering off white head. It smells citrusy, tropical, and a bit piney. The flavor is citrusy and piney. Moderate bitterness. It’s actually more bitter than expected for a hazy. Pretty good though.

Pours clear copper with a lasting white head. The aroma is hoppy with citrusy, tropical notes. The flavor has solid hop bitterness with notes of mango and melons and malts with caramel and bread. Medium body. Lingering hops. Very good.

Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Chestnut brown with moderate light tan head. Moderately sweet molasses, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body.

Earthy lime peel and biscuit malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter earthy lime peel flavor. Nice body and balance.
