On tap at the brewpub. Dark golden/amberish coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Light taste; caramel, light herbal and touch of sugar with dry bitterish finish.

Tap at Teacher's Book. Murky amber orange body, off-white head. Citric and malty, heavy aroma. Citric taste, medium body, bitterish, sweetish orange notes, herbal, spicy. Actually quite nice. Obviously Belgian, a bit lagerish. Good.

Tap at the Teacher's Book, the favorite od the barman. Very dark brown body, blackish, thick off-white head. Caramel and raisins in the aroma. Soft, watery, creamy taste, dark caramel and light raisins. Bit dry finish. Okay, but weirdly more expensive than the others.

Tap at Teacher's Book. Pale amber-golden body, off-white head. Fruity-herbal taste. Pear ester-driven taste, lightly fuller than the pils, vague hoppy touches. Ookay, handles the esters a bit better than the pils. 6/4/5/4/12 Update, a few weeks later: A new batch came in, much more astringent than the first one. that one would be 2 in mouthfeel and 10 overall, so putting something in between.

Tap at Teacher's Book. Hazy golden body, white head. Sweet peach ice tea aroma, hm. Lean, dryish taste, pleasant body, pear ester touches, herbal notes in the finish. Bitterish perhaps. Quite drinkable, but not all there.
