Description
Danko Beer is quite simple really. Some friends brewing beer. At our own micro brewery in Sundbyberg where we also live, in Stockholm, Sweden. This is what we do. At friends places. At brew pubs and breweries world wide. We brew beer.

Our main products are always brewed by ourselves at our tiny local brewery in Sundbyberg, Sweden. We also have great fun brewing our Local Beta prototype series just about anywhere and everywhere. We never let anyone else brew Danko Beer, simply because we love the actual brewing process. Even the heavy lifting. and the constant cleaning. Marketing is for people who avoid all of that.

Keg at Belgobaren. Hazy yellow with a firm white head. Aroma is fruitiness (apple, mango), slight sweetness, milk, marzipan, grass, citrus. Taste is citrusy and just enough body to carry it up, good bitterness in the finish. Dry, rustic. Lovely, you want another one on the fly.

How: Draught.
Where: Monk’s American Bar, Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Citrus, lots of hops, spices, malt, yeast.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, citrus, a bit floral, spices, yeast, hops.

Keg at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Hazy golden, rich head. Rich aroma of pineapple, mango and marzipan. Bone dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Citrus and mango, marzipan and grass. Very bitter finish. Nice!

Sample at SBWF 2016. (my Swedish brewery number 195) A bit hazy golden with a white head. Fresh aroma of light grain, citrus and hints of spices. Taste of grain, citrus, some yeast and light spices. An elegant and nicely drinkable one. Thanks mr Danko.

Keg at Monk’s American Bar, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Elderflowers and citrus dominate the nose. Dry with medium body and crisp, elegant mouthfeel. Marzipan and crisp bread, good amount of elderflowers and grapefruit. Balanced, distinct bitter finish. Excellent!
