Tangy lime and cloying grossness. Finishes with a lot of cloying tang. I don't have a clue why you'd make a N/A kolsch, of all things to make. Probably like many kolsches, they started out trying to do something else and screwed up. Can shared at tasting.

Can. Poured a light yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was pleasant, biscuit, grassy. Too sweet, malt water. Not good.

Grabbed a sixer to finish up this month’s theme. Amber gold and quite small head. Nose is faint pine and wort. Tatsss of pine, hint of citrus, caramel. Thin bodied but refreshing. Touch of bitters

Aromas and flavors are malt, slightly old resin and citrus hops. A bit watery with forced carbonation. Could be better, could be worse.

Aromas are serial, malt and a touch of spice. Flavors are similar to nose with cereal coming out more. Good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Mildly sweet finish. Not bad for an NA of this style.

12 oz can poured, from Chuck's. Really nicely put together NA kolsch here, and really refreshing to go with a lasting flavor profile. Lighter pale golden pour. Aromatic with cereal grains, and lemon grassy notes. Cool fronted flavor, clean and crisp carb, moderate straw grain, an a hint of a lemon zest. Really nice kolsch here. Could enjoy this brew year round.

12 oz can poured. Darker copper orange pour, almost amber, with lots of foam head. Tasty IPA here overall, dense with malt flavors that lean on the bready side. Gentle bitter front, some pine, that grows and lasts ok the palate. Has a very old school west coast IPA feel to it. Flavorful and doesn't have some of the distinct features other NA brews have that give their status away. Nice super duper session IPA here.

12oz can from Bois Co-op. Clear golden pour, thick, rocky white head, tons of fine carbonation. Grainy, malty aroma, biscuity. Taste falls off a bit, initial bready malt taste, which flattens out fast for an abrupt finish. Nothing left on the palate. For an N/A beer, this quite good. Rated as a kölsch with consideration for the non-alcoholic style.

12 oz. can sent by brewers rep for comment. This pours darker than their Kölsch style. An amber color with a bit of haze, and tall, rocky head. The smell has a note of west coast resiny hop, but there is a bit of that metallic note that wasn’t in the Kölsch. Just a bit. The taste is still kind of off-balance. Hoppy beers don’t always work out without some alcohol to support them. Unlike the Kölsch, this has some soapy side notes that take me out of the IPA zone. Bitterness builds up as I go through the glass, giving it some redemption at the end.
