Ridiculously hazy bright orange and creamy peach coloured body with a very thin, one centimetre tall off-white head that leaves a subtle lace on the sides. Aroma of floral, grassy, herbal notes with a ton of citrus fruits, especially oranges and tangerines, all with a slight pepper and even chocolate smell. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Deep orange and yes, chocolate (more of white chocolate) flavours show up at first with some grassy, dry and floral notes all coming right behind, with some bitterness, sweetness and very grassiness all here, with plenty of balance from malts. Aftertaste is fairly complex with a lot of bitterness, flowers and especially citrusey flavours that hit nicely, but all balanced quite well with sweetness and creamy, lactosey body and punch. Overall, a pretty nice New England IPA with a bunch of flavours that you'd expect, with nice sweetness and balance, yet still dry with good bitterness. Nice to sample from a new brewery to me, great! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Gettysburg Beer Mart in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania on 12-May-2021 for US$4,99, packaged on 29-March-2021 sampled at my house here in Washington on 24-May-2021.
