0,75l from bottle at home. Orange cloudy color, small white head. smells funky, grapes, lactic, riesling. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes Riesling, earthy, lightly lactic, herbal, tobacco, citric, spices, light honey, tart, green apples. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of Riesling, green apples and spices. Overall nice one but did not excite me so much, rather muddled, I wonder if it is the mix of grapes, drinkable

Bottle 75 cl - corked and caged. Pours a deep, cloudy red - like a Puglian red - with a small, creamy pinkish head. Distinct cherry aroma - very intense. Medium body, carbonation to the low side. Again lovely intense sour cherry notes without the beer being overly sour. Well made - they must’ve used a ton of cherries here. 200626

Bottle 75 cl - corked and caged. Pours a cloudy golden with a smallish, off-white head. Complex aroma of acetobacter, wild yeast and lactic acid. Kinda light in body, tart balsamico, some astringency from the oak barrels but not many port notes. 200626
