Panda from Colin. Cheers. Hazy golden brown. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has stone fruit with a sour edge. Chewy malts. Booze . Flavourwise it's got prickly sour citrus and sweeter stone fruit. Herbal edge. Sweet porridge malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Conthey Bassin (Sion). Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, biscuity and light fruity nose. Fruity, biscuity, light herbal and citrusy with bitterish finish.

0.33l bottle many thanks to Lore. Jet black body with a tiny brown head. Aroma and taste of chocolate, caramel, heavy cream, nutmeg, raisins and some whiskey. Smooth, sweet and creamy. Great RIS.

0.33l bottle many thanks to Lore. Pours like engine oil. Jet black with only a tiny brown head that disappears almost immediately which is not a surprise if you are aware of the ABV of the beer. Lots of chocolate in the aroma with notes of caramel, roasted malts, nutmeg, licorice, oak and whiskey. Taste of chocolate, caramel, roasted malts, licorice, whiskey, vanilla and oak. Full bodied with a creamy texture and low carbonation. Very sweet beer, a bit alcoholic and quite complex. Wow!

0.44l can many thanks to Lore. Super hazy yellow body with a white head. Sweet and fruity aroma and tayte with notes of pineapple, tangerine, peach, mango, oats, lemon zest and even a bit of vanilla. The finish has a touch of grapefruit-like bitterness to it. Medium bodied with a smooth creamy texture. Very nice NEIPA.

0,33l bottle at home. Vintage 2023. BB 07/2028. Black color, tiny very dark head. smells Vanilla, Bourbon, bit boozy, light multipan. full body, soft carbonation. tastes Vanilla, smokey, Whisky, nutty, boozy, toffee, molasses, light Marmelade, Marzipan. finishes lightly sweet sour with notes of whiskey, vanilla and boozy notes. Nice one, rather boozy though, the smokey notes are also not totally my thing

0.44l can many thanks to Lore. Slightly hazy golden body with a lasting white head. Tangerine is dominant both in the aroma and the taste with notes of pine, green tea, grapes and some pears. Pretty nice IPA.

0.33l bottle many thanks to Lore. Jet black body with no head. Aroma and taste of nutmeg, chocolate, bourbon, molasses and vanilla. Taste of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, nutmeg, bourbon and caramel. Closer to a liquor than to a beer, but still great. I love it.
