30/10/2024. Draft at Craft Roo, Seoul. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, cocoa, light roasted malt, caramel, vanilla, coffee, hints of pecan and maple. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Quite liked it.

30/10/2024. Draft at Craft Roo, Seoul. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is stone fruits, papaya, citrus, grapefruit, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Nice bitter finish. Best on the flight.

On tap at Craft Roo, pours a deep dark brown with an amber tinge and a small tan head. Aroma is laid back, with soft toasted malt and gentle earthiness. Flavour is quite laid back for a stout, with toasted bready malt and some earthiness. A bit dull and flat but decently constructed. Alright.

On tap at Craft Roo, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly laid back, with gentle floral hops and biscuity malt in decent balance. Flavour is bright, with floral hops, bitter pine, some citrus and crisp biscuity malt. Floral, soft on the palate with pronounced bitterness. Very good.

On tap at Craft Roo, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy and piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is a bit too seltzery, with grassy hops, mineraly notes, and biscuity malt. Too mineraly. Not bad but could be improved big time.
