Description
We opened the doors of our first location in West Kingston, RI in February of 2013. Three and a half years later we took the 20 minute trek north to Warwick, RI. Our new brewery is a 15,000 square foot beast with over 5x our West Kingston production capacity. This new facility features a 2,000 square foot barrel aging and wood cellar for sour and wild ales, as well as a 3,000 square foot tasting room and retail area complete with custom art installations, bar, furniture, and a small retro video arcade. In the spring, we plan on adding an outdoor patio to the lineup. Come on over, grab a beer, and say Hi! Cheers!

Canned 11/4/22, drunk 11/27/22. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, maize-golden-pineapple with a large, off-white, frothy head that is well-retained. Strong pineapple from the strata, though not canned-like, thankfully. Lots of fruitiness, papaya, sweet mango and hints of floral notes. Clean, with honey-like base malts and no alcohol or resin. Pretty fruity/sweet-forward in the nose; wouldn't mind some more balance from wheat or hop bitterness. Less sweet than expected in the mouth, however, which is great. Pineapple quickly mixing with assertive citrus, with peel-like bitterness and no twangy fruits. Lingering melon, pineapple and orange-lemon. Good attenuation, soft texture, good balance, clean yeast.

Can (8/8/22) pour from The Beer Store. It's a cloudy dark yellow-light brown with tons of sparkle, 2-plus finger width off-white foam head with excellent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is floral and candied lemon/citrus. Taste follows aroma with addition of melon and background bread. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation with dry finish as taste with light lingering bitterness. Overall, good strength to aroma and flavor with decent complexity of the latter.
