Description
We opened the doors of our first location in West Kingston, RI in February of 2013. Three and a half years later we took the 20 minute trek north to Warwick, RI. Our new brewery is a 15,000 square foot beast with over 5x our West Kingston production capacity. This new facility features a 2,000 square foot barrel aging and wood cellar for sour and wild ales, as well as a 3,000 square foot tasting room and retail area complete with custom art installations, bar, furniture, and a small retro video arcade. In the spring, we plan on adding an outdoor patio to the lineup. Come on over, grab a beer, and say Hi! Cheers!

Sampled at 3rd annual RI Brewfest. One of the standouts of the Brewfest. Nose of orange, pilsner malt and wheat. Taste has a mild pepper, wheaty yeast and a light hint blood oranges. Soft texture on the palate. Has a bit of orange pith, which kind of makes your mouth dry. Lighter in body with a very light funky barnyard hint hiding in the background. This is wonderful!

22oz bottle pours an oily, murky brown with some clumpy, spitty, tan head. Nose has oats, mild vanilla, some booze, whiskey mostly, cakey too. Flavor is sweet oats, vanilla, chocolate, malt, rootbeer, cola. Creamy, sweet finish.

Bottle shared by some kind soul deep in the woods of Maine, thank you kind stranger. Slightly hazy dirty golden color. Rich citrus with lots of funk. Tannic wine notes with juicy fruits and hints of leather and oak. I’d love to sit down with one of these and evaluate a bit more.
