Description
We opened the doors of our first location in West Kingston, RI in February of 2013. Three and a half years later we took the 20 minute trek north to Warwick, RI. Our new brewery is a 15,000 square foot beast with over 5x our West Kingston production capacity. This new facility features a 2,000 square foot barrel aging and wood cellar for sour and wild ales, as well as a 3,000 square foot tasting room and retail area complete with custom art installations, bar, furniture, and a small retro video arcade. In the spring, we plan on adding an outdoor patio to the lineup. Come on over, grab a beer, and say Hi! Cheers!

Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange cloudiness with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated ever so nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: oranges to tangerines, grapefruit to pineapple & a little bit of pine at the end before some light malts are noticed
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet juicy to bittersweet quality; finishes tangerine to pineapple-y noted
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness; nice low carb; good low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA well worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: orange cloudiness with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet & tart notes of strawberries, lactose
Flavor: once again, it's sweet & tart through the prior noted aromas, not much sour here; finishes through sweet & tart with the strawberries & lactose
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; pretty smooth
Overall: basically, a no frills strawberry & lactose beer. Not bad, I think I could come back to this.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-bright yet hazy orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: blood orange sweetness; some lactose/creamy sweetness; subtle mixed citrusy/floral hops underneath
Flavor: is mostly the blood orange sweetness with the lactose creamy sweetness; finishes the same as the initial flavor
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, clean smoothness, nice low carb, low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: the brewer might call this a sour IPA but I think it leaned more towards a NEIPA, however I would still return to this.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark amber color with a little bit of transparency to it and a two and half fingers of white frothy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral sweet, caramel-ish tones, sweet herbal whiffs, sly earthiness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a sweet floral to herbal quality; finishes somewhat like herbal tea? Yeah, I guess so but it still seems like beer
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; herbal tea smooth but still feels carb-ed like a beer, weird as all get out
Overall: just when I say to whatever was my last beer that I said "this has got to be the weirdest beer I've ever had" then this beer comes along. I'm done with that line because there's almost always something weirder next waiting for me.
Thanks Jim R.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: dark brown in the glass with some ruby red hues along the sides of the glass with a three finher eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet smoke, dark chocolate, some milk chocolate, sweet earthy tones, honey and some earthy spices
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to earthy spicy vibe initially then a light smoke guides these characters to one quality; finishes leaning into the earthy sweet & spicy tones and a slight smoky character
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also a little bit earthy grit scrape the tongue - mostly nonoffensive
Overall: though the smoke was mostly super faint, I still liked this beer and would welcome it again.

Appearance: clear copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to mixed citrusy to slightly lemony hop tones, subtle snappy sort of zesty hop spice then some bready malts and sweet grains
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine lemony sweet to bready sweet sort of way; finishes floral to lemony and subtle zesty
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness, subtle zesty zing to the tongue but nothing offensive
Overall: I'm warming up to these New Zealand pilseners and this one definitely helps the warming up.

Appearance: jet black color with a finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, black coffee and a little bit of sweet nuts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine roasty to sweet with an underscore of bitter sort of quality; finishes chocolatey, semi-roasty and a touch of nuttiness
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness but also noted dryness with a touch of roasty punches to the tongue
Overall: nicely done impy stout worthy of returning to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-thick red color but some light transparency along the sides with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: red raspberry sweet and tartness; then light doughy/biscuity malts meld with the raspberry vibes
Flavor: tart, sweet raspberry doughiness - kinda like liquified raspberry donuts; finishes like raspberry donuts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also some tart assertiveness (not much to be honest)
Overall: man, that's a dessert beer by itself. I mean one could have it maybe with some cheesecake but I say nah, I'll have it by itself and call it a night.
Thanks Jim R.
