Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours clear golden with no head. Sweet apples all over. Sticky and pretty sweet. Medium bodied.

clear yellow, almost no head apple aroma, sweet apple, faint flavor is apple juice, faint stable / leather. ends apple juicy (so no hoppy or bitter end), pretty boring

Bottle, 3.8%. Citric and tannic aroma. Clear yellow colour. The flavour starts off slightly tannic, turns a bit sweet. Has a little apple note as well. Good if the ABV is really 3.8%.

1L bottle from the German Gourmet in Falls Church, VA. Pours a pale yellow color with no head. Aroma of pale dry green apples with a bit of a chlorine note. Taste is tart green apples with a spritzy vibe. Thin in fairly watery. Not a good cider.

Bottled. A dark golden cider. The aroma has strong notes of apples as well as some apple core and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours a clear golden color with no head (as per apfelwein style). Aroma of apples, dryness and a light normandie style corkness. Taste is dry with vinegar and sulfur. Fermented out very dry (probably less than 1.000 FG), and then started to turn to apple vinegar. Still mouthfeel and dry.
