750ml bottle from Chatsworth Farm Shop - cloudy amber body with a small white head. Clean lemon nose, sweet start with loads of lemon juice and oily zesty citrus. A real quality effort and one to seek out.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate! Pours a straw yellow with a fine mist. Aroma of sour apple funk. Taste is fairly sour with natural wild nuances, tangy acetic linger on the finish, perhaps a little salt with additional citrussy moments. Interesting.
