Established in 2022 Mash Paddle Brewery is one of the newest Taprooms on the Bermondsey Beer Mile where the team use their extensive experience to brew amazing beer using the highest quality kit.

Mash Paddle Brewery is London’s only incubator for start-up brewers, where anyone can learn to Brew Great Beer in one of our classes.

Keg at the brewery. Aroma is very herbal with a hint of citrus. Opaque amber. Thin creamy translucent white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Resin and herbs. Some citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable SIPA.

From tap at the taproom in Bermondsey 05.08.22. Hazy straw colour. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste of marmalade, sorrel, tamarind, grass, herbs, eucalyptus and pale malt. Fairly complex and well balanced. A bit too fizzy mouthfeel.

Draft: Poured a murky orange with white head. Aroma is grainy malts, fruity. Taste is malty grain and bland.

Keg at Mash Paddle, 01/07/22. Golden amber pour with a mid sized off white cap. Nose is malt forward, fruit esters, grains, biscuit. Taste comprises stewed fruits, bready notes, biscuit, malt heavy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so affair.
