Keg at Mash Paddle, Enid Street, 19/12/2025.
Moderately hazed reddish amber topped with a beige cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is biscuit malts, caramel, grains, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises caramel, straw, sultanas, dull fruit esters.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness.
Okay malt forward affair but lacks hop presence and a good few marks off the standard set by other red IPA's in the UK this year!

Draft at the brewpub. Opaque bright amber. Foamy white head. Aroma has sweet tangy citrus and stone fruit. Flavourwise it's more bitter. Tangy citrus and resin. Underlying sweetness- more sugary into the finish. Malts base. Light. Thin-medium bodied. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Itter and jammy but a tad lightweight.

Draft at the brewpub. Easy drinking light, lazily fizzy lager. Some bitter grains and metalic edge. Light citrus. Over chewy caramel. Inoffensive.

Tap at brewery on our trek from The Kernel to Anspach & Hobday. Orange gold pour. Small white head. Mild citrusy aroma. Flavor is soft and citrusy. Notes of orange and rustic bread. Not a lot of flavor or depth, but decent enough. Some fruity hops on backend.

Good bit of tartness erring on vinegar. Natural raspberry flavors and plenty acidic. Best of the bunch.

A little boozy and bitter. Good malt and dried fruit flavors but drinks a little strong for a dubbel.
