Amber. A fluffy white head fades to a cm. Aroma is floral with toast and crackers, spices. Quite rich and toffee malty with moderate bitterness. Floral notes linger. Could do with just a little more grunt but it's pretty good.

Can, part of their Oktoberfest mixed 6 pack. Cloudy ornagish amber with a fading frothy white head. Tangy wheaty and spicy aroma - coriander, cloves, some vanilla or banana, hints of caramel. A little sweet with banana, some apricot and wheat. Low bitterness but quite spicy at the end. Misses a bit of softness, but pretty good from a brewery that's making rapid strides.

Certainly sizzle themselves up in the description. Can. Pale gold with a 2cm white head. Bread, grain and spicy hop aroma. Real bready richness with light toasty notes. Moderate sweetness perhaps slightly overstays its welcome before firmish peppery bitterness. A more than solid pils.

Can. Amber with an inch of white head that's well retained. Shyish aroma of crackery bread, grapefruit, weeds, some honey. 6+ Citrus, some crusty bread sweetness, some pine towards the end. Moderate bitterness.

Widgetless nitro can. Black with a tan head. Roasty aroma with darkish chocolate. Dry but creamy with a suggestion of sourness that I liked but didn't expect. bb 12/25, eh? Brief finish is only slightly bitter. Refreshing and very gluggable.

Can (Balnarring Ritchie's). Clear gold with a white head that's very soon gone. 3- Light bready aroma with honey and some herbs. But there's a bit more to the taste with briefly rich bready malt fitting together well with drying and herbal honey.

Can. Gold with a 2cm white head. 3+ Aroma of crackers, spices, oranges, some peach, grass, hints of pine. Vibrant, dryish and bitter. Perhaps the saison level carbonation is slightly excessive but it kind of suits the almost brusquely refreshing feel of the beer. Right up my street.

Heritage Tavern, Balnarring. Pale gold with a white head that hangs around a bit. Dryish with light bread and decent spicy bitterness. Straightforward but fine.

Let’s see if the beer is less wrong than the description. Can. Misted gold with a white head. Hayish aroma with apricot, some earth, spices. Ligh bodied, fizzy, dryish. Light fruit and grainy flavours rapidly overtaken by surprisingly spicy finish.
