Living Häus Beer Co is a lager-forward brewery located in the Pacific Northwest city of Portland, OR and is co-owned by Conrad Andrus and Mat Sandoval. With a combined 20 years of professional brewing experience, we have become creators, engineers, scientists, artists, and critical thinkers while on our path to brew the best beers we can. We are proud to showcase our ability in our craft with the self awareness to know that we are always learning and growing.
WHAT DO WE MAKE? We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT? We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.
Can from Tavour. Pours light bright gold with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus with a green onion note. Med body. A bit juicy but dry. More than enough bitter for balance. Good that. Pale bready malt barely detectable. Flavor is more onion than the aroma suggested. Bringing Booker T. and the MGs to mind. Also some citrus/pine notes. This is so interesting I started to lose track of what I'm doing. Really good.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a moderate creamy darkish tan head. Malty aroma with a light cola note. Med body. Somewhat frothy. Malty but not excessively sweet. Fairly balanced hop bitterness. Going somewhat with Noble hop flavors. Very nice beer.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour with an abundant fluffy white head. Grainy, biscuity aroma, fresh baked bread. Taste is bready, malty, mild sweetness and a crisp bite at the tail. Very smooth and incredibly tasty.
