WHAT DO WE MAKE?
We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has dry grassy hops, biscuity malt, and straw. Flavour is dry and crisp, with greasy dry-hopping, straw, and biscuity malt. Bright, clean and crisp. Solid.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear pale brown with a small beige head. Aroma has soft oats and toasted bready malt - very thin for an oatmeal stout. Flavour is dry, bringing out clean, hearty oats, toasted bread, and a hint of roast. Lighter and more watery than I want in an oatmeal stout but reasonably structured.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some herbal notes and toasted grains, like a cleaner macro lager. Flavour is clean and fairly neutral tasting, with toasted grains and not much else. Pretty boring and pointless but nothing wrong with it.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright piney hops, white wine tang, and melon, smelling more like an NZIPA than a pils. Flavour has a clean, vibrant, tangy hop character — beautifully showcasing the NZ hops. Bright, not too bitter, and beautifully constructed. Fantastic.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has nice spicy Saaz hopping, crisp crackery malt, and straw. Flavour is bright, with lots of spicy Saaz hopping, crisp crackery malt, and a touch of grass. Spicy, bright, and moderately bitter finish. Excellent.

In the can aromas are New Zealand hops, malt and a bit of skunk. In the glass aromas are milder, loses some of the hops ad burnt rubber and mushrooms. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, hops come back out and is slightly more sweet than bitter with soft carbonation. Good but fairly happy for a pilsner.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear dark brown with a large creamy/foamy tan head. Aroma of dark roasty malt with a chocolate note. Med body. Flavor is the aroma with some oat and a very light note of smoke or similar. Strange. Malty but towards dry. Moderately bitter. Very, very tasty.

Not bad for this kind of beer. Some head retention with lace. Clear pale yellow. Aromas are malt, dry grain, cut grass. Flavors are similar to nose with some adjunct sweet. Not a style that I really like but this is one of the better of it.

12oz can from Tavour. Foggy golden pour, thin layer of persistent white foam. Aroma is malty, sweet, white bread. Taste is grainy and sweet, light on the palate with some dryness at the finish. Tasty little number.

Draft pour enjoyed in the early parts of the day at Route 2, Monroe. Tasty coffee morning brew. Dark cola pour, thin head. Aroma is chocolate forward, with a modest coffee roast and just a hint of coconut. Came off as a coffee porter to me. Easy drinker, eey smooth brew. Very much enjoy this one.
