Description
Living Häus Beer Co is a lager-forward brewery located in the Pacific Northwest city of Portland, OR and is co-owned by Conrad Andrus and Mat Sandoval. With a combined 20 years of professional brewing experience, we have become creators, engineers, scientists, artists, and critical thinkers while on our path to brew the best beers we can. We are proud to showcase our ability in our craft with the self awareness to know that we are always learning and growing.

WHAT DO WE MAKE?
We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of woody pine, some tropical melon, and a touch of biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of bitter woody piney hops, some dankness, melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Woody, piney finish, with nice tropical and dank notes. Excellent.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Nose has the Chinook upfront, with tons of dry woody pine, light citrus, crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is likewise dominated by the Chinook, with lots of dry, woody piney hop galore, with a dry biscuity malt base. Potent, dry, wood pine on the finish in all its glory. Lovely.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with a white head. Huge punch of woody pine on the nose; great Chinook. Flavour has a fantastic Chinook character with super dry, woody pine, slightly floral, nice layer of dankness. Solid malt base, slightly oily on the palate. Excellent IPA.

16 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Nose has plenty of roasted malt, plenty of earthy hops, and a touch of pine. Flavour is robust, with big roasted malt, potently bitter earth hops to balance, and a dry finish. Now this is an old school, heavily roasted, bitter black IPA. Excellent.

Dark brown, thin head. Fairly bitter. I actually get a bit of the krush candy thing on there, but also the chinook bitterness and pine. The toasty malts blend well with the hops. Excellent.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out big tropical stone fruits, melon, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is super bright, with big tropical stone fruits, bright pine, melon, and just enough biscuity malt. Super vibrant and lightly bitter finish. Excellent.

Bright, gold, no head, clean pale malt. Clean, piney, a good representation of what I like in a WCIPA.
