Bière dégustée en version sans alcool. Robe blonde limpide, mousse fine et éphémère. Nez fruité marqué par les fruits blancs, avec une touche de litchi. En bouche, on est sur une bière légère dans l’esprit d’une lager, profil simple mais propre, bien exécuté. Ensemble plaisant, équilibré, qui se laisse boire facilement. Correcte et rafraîchissante.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty. Taste: Malty, sweetish, white sugar notes, yeasty notes. Over moderate sweet, light bitter hoppy backbone. Fruity hints of yellow fruit and stone fruit. Tasting ok, but why did they use lactic acid and ascorbic acid (as stated on the label)? Medium body, just below average carbonation.
