Bottled (somewhere during Copenhagen pubbing). Hazy deep orangeish coppery colour with mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is lots of fruityness, some burnt sugar, mild oaked notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild sourness lurking as well. Quite interesting brew, and surprisingly "thick and fullpalated" for being 5.5%.

I’ve been avoiding this beer for a while due to the cost, but I must say I’m glad I finally dropped the cash - first, this is a beautiful beer - cloudy orange, with a frothy, lasting head, that leaves a sticky, thick lace - a slight leathery brett character in the nose, damp oak, bitter orange and peach pits - the flavor is dry and flinty, with a barky, quinine-like bitterness - some dry, crackery malts, hay - earthy, musty, lightly bretty/barnyardy - a bit of citrus fruit tartness on the back - the oak is a little too potent in the finish, but I can’t complain that much, because otherwise this is a great.
