From bottle, Papsoes blindtasting #2, courtesy of Jeppe. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Mild fruity and light acetone like aroma, vague wheaty note. Citric and dry sourish flavured. Vague residual wheaty sweetness and light yeasty touch. Dry and citric brett-ish flavoured finish. Fresh and vague acetone like lasting impression.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander and brettanomyces as well as light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of orange peal and medium notes of malt, leading to a dry and tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is acidic with notes of oak and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of wood, medium notes of brettanomyces, and light notes of fruit and vanilla, leading to a dry and tart finish. The brettanomyces scratches the tongue. Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma has coconut -like oak, and leather and grapefruit from brett. Slightly tart, and very oaky flavour with a hoppy, bitter finish.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Complex spicy aroma with grains of paradise, coriander and cilantro, with some earthy notes underneath. Tart and dry with spice and wheat malt flavour. Drying tannin in the finish.

50cl bottle. Thanks to ChristianScheffel. Pours cloudy to muddy orange with a large creamy white foam and lacings. Nose is mainly of oak, yeast & brett. Full bodied. Flavor is vanilla, pepper, brett and some vaguely sour notes before some fruity hops sneaks in. Funky - and It works quite fine!

50cl bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a solid creamy white foam. Nose is balanced - orange fruits, citrus, wheat, yeast & spices. Medium bodied. Taste has brett, barnyard, citrus and oak. Some sour & spicy notes. Very different from the regular Belgium Wit - complex, yet mild & refreshing. Ends dry. Good!

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a dense, white and lacing head. Lightly tart Brett nose with a lactic touch. Light body with a heavy carbonation, a citrusy tartness and an oaky touch. Again a whiff of Brett. Dry and slightly astringent finish. Very refreshing. A unique idea to oak age a Belgian Wit, but quite surprisingly it works! 010209

Bottle thanks to ilovedarkbeer. Pours with a foamy, white head over a hazy yellow body. Aroma of funky Jolly Pumpkin yeast, honey, coriander, pepper and orange. Taste is slightly sour with oak, coriander, citrus, clove honey and orange. Fizzy and dry mouthfeel.
