On Tap murky deep brown with a little redish on the edges. Thin fine mocha colored head. Strong smokey earth flavors. Rather light bodied but plenty of peaty dark roast. Missing some of teh residuals I expected from a Baltic.

On tap at restaurant, Portland, Oregon. Has a hazy dark orange colour with small light beige head. Fruity aroma of grapefruit, grass, pine and pineapple. The flavour is similar with grass, grapefruit, pine and pineapple. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium bitterness. A hoppy IPA with fruity undertones.

On tap at the Loyal Legion, pours a cloudy peachy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out very fruity stone pithy fruity character and resinous hops. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of stone fruits, resinous hops, and light sweet. Fruity and provides residual sweetness on the finish. Very good.

On tap at the Loyal Legion, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical stone fruits, piney hops, some pith and biscuity malt. Flavour is super juicy, with tons of tropical stone fruits, some pith, and piney hops. Light sweetness and massively fruity. Wonderful.

It pours a pitch black with an inch of tan foam with a wee bit of lacing.
Roasted malt, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, vanilla, bourbon aromas going on. Very impressive nose.
Dark chocolate and roasted malt rule the taste with the vanilla and bourbon not that far behind. It has a nice sweetness that adds rather than subtracts from the overall flavour. A bit of alcohol and thus, some warming.
Full bodied light carbonation makes for a creamy smooth mouthfeel.

On tap at Uptown. Pours a mostly cloudy but not too much yellow color with a small white head. A big juicy nose. Huge sweet pineapple, soft biscuit, toast, lemon. Juicy as hell.

Taster at taproom. Beautiful looking pour, small creamy head. Nice roasty, smoky aroma. Taste is also spot on, burnt toast, roast grains, just burnt enough. Smooth and dry.

On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is spice some catty notes and grassy grain. Taste is more of the catty bite and a sweet malt.
