Bottle - Dark roast and big pine notes. Jet black with a rich beige head. Nice roast and pine with a bit of chocolate on the finish. This is great, very balanced without too much bitterness and you can taste the components. Fantastic beer.

Hazy amber color with compact head. This bold Ale has a nice, original fruity character, sweet grapes, light durian; it’s moderately sweet, malty, correct bitterness.
Very nice.

Black color, brown head. Roasted malt aroma. Roasted malt flavor, dry, with artificial vanilla flavor, not good.

Hazy golden color. This is a super dry IPA with a strong animal character, a bit fruity, plenty of citrus oils and resins.
Very pleasant.

Draught at Apex, Portland
Hazy golden color with compact head. Musky strong IPA, moderately sweet, but not caramelly or heavy; the hops are sturdy. Not necessarily easy to drink, or exciting.
Heavy beer. Heavy concept.

Hazy golden color with creamy head. Dry Pale Ale, a bit papery, without notable malt or hop character, with very light chamomile touch.
Easy beer, but not bad.

Bomber from Belmont. Pours a pitch black color with a medium to small beige head. A robust nose of charred wood, roast and pine. The flavor is a heavy dose of citrus and piny hops, but the roast and dark malty body takes over a bit with spicy bitter hops in the finish. Lovely big beer. Heavy in all components, and in that sense it is balanced. Drinkable. Cool beer. A strong sweet resinous hop at times. Damn nice.
