Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 01.11.2016, temperatura degustacji 12 stopni +, szkło teku. Aromat: słodka słodowość, po zamieszaniu szkła nuty ciasteczkowo-miodowe, aromaty chmielowe na bardzo niskim poziomie, nie jest to jeden z American Lager który udaje Aipa, bardzo słabo nachmielone na aromat. Barwa: złoto wpadające w pomarańcz, delikatnie przymglone. Piana :biała, średnia, drobno pęcherzykowa szybko opada. Smak: słodka słodowość z posmakiem karmelowym dzięki niskiej ale wyraźnej ziołowej goryczce finisz finisz wytrawny. Lager przyzwoity ale za mało Ameryki.

Bursztynowe, zamglone, z raczej nikłą pianką. Aromat słodki, limonkowy, czerwone jabłko, nieco ziołowy i kwiatowy. W smaku słodkie, owocowe, nieco cytrusowe, kwiatowe. Goryczka raczej średnia, nie kontruje dobrze słodyczy. Do tego bardzo nieprzyjemna, szorstka i zalegająca. Piwo przez swą słodycz wydaje się wyjątkowo pełne. Nagazowanie odpowiednie. Dziwne piwo, z ciekawym aromatem i goryczką psującą ogólny odbiór.

0,5l bottle at home. BB 21.07.2016. black color, dark coffee-colored head. smells very strong of ash, peat, spices, some smoke, earthy. good smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of peat, earthy, ash, surprisingly the 5% ABV sour beer I had before overlayers all the tastes, after some fishermans’s friends: lots of peat, ash, spices, dry, earthy, some bitter chocolate, coffee. finishes quite earthy bitter with notes of peat and ash. good stuff but a bit extreme, quite strong peat notes. overall quite nice beer though.

Columbus, Flyer, Northdown and Sovereign hops. Hazy reddish amber beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Fluffy palate. Light malts, some caramel. Floral bitterness. Soap. Ripe fruits. Light finish. Quite unpleasant and soapy.

Dark amber color, low head. A lot of phenols. It actually smells like a dentist. Medium but long bitterness, low sweetness. Smooth texture, medium body.

Light haze on this gold beer, patchy white head. Palate is light and dry. Very grainy malts. Smells and tastes like a brewery this beer. Touch of citrus peel. Dry finish leaves a pithy and grainy linger. For too grainy and not very nice.
