Can at little outdoor art fest. Standard gelled. Bready, kiss of honey, touch of citrus. Hint of white pepper. Crisp and refreshing on this summer day

At a little town festival. It’s hot out so lager hits the spot. Drank from can but can tell it’s typical yellow lager colored. Tastes crisp. Light corn grain pale malt and hopping. Lemon in background.

Undated can drunk 6/21/21.
Clear, heller weizenbock-looking (nice, I like those more than the dark), deep brassy-amber with a ridiculous amount of light beige head that shows strong retention.
Dry clove, minimal banana and some softer, mineral-heavy notes with light pepper in the background, comprise the aroma. Some fruitiness in there as well (pear, apple, strawberry). Pretty nice and restrained. Maybe its the age, but there's no domineering phenols/esters here.
Lightly sweet in the mouth with a pretty well-developed malt character showing honey and vanilla. Light citrus, banana and apple/pear with a lingering white pepper/light clove character that dries out the finish. Quite clean, no alcohol noted. Nice! Will definitely try more from these guys.

Can at home. Like the can design. Orange brew thick looking but not sludgy. Nose is banana and wheat. Tastes of wheat, banana, plum, pear. Reminds me of an umeshu sake. Medium bodied. Not overly sweet for style that’s appreciated.

Pours murky dark gold into an English pint. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving sheet lacing to coat surface. Dusty tangerine and mild dishwater aromas. Soft with apricot and peach upfront turning to dry, earthy pith and peel in the medium length finish.

16 oz can in a virtual tasting. Thanks Cara and Tom. The aroma is soft berries, light tea, soft chamomile. The flavor is better then I thought it would be. Not really sour at all. Very balanced. Very drinkable!
