Cask at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Amber gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrusy hops. Taste is malt, caramel, grains, with marmalade and citrus, resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Cheap can from total wine. Looking forward to this as a chaser, after destroying my palate with a terribly on style IPA, whew. Anyway this can pours like any macro lager, clear pale. Nose is unexpectedly mild and sweet. First big swig is a mild american style pale lager. Some fresh cut hay in the background. Yes, easy going and refreshing. Not bad. Has no ill effects that I can locate in the middle. Just seems like a friendly easy to like pale lager that would appeal to any american pale lager gulper. I'm liking this, especially after ruining my taste buds with a manly IPA. It finishers without any processed character, and I'm left wishing I had another can. Mind you, I like pale lagers and this is a pretty good one. Most craft brewers have trouble with making a decent pale lager but this one is not bad.

Cheap can from total wine. Smells like a wheat ale with a fruity backbone. Pour is fairly clear pale, as pictured. First taste has some of those rude wheat attributes then its followed up with some strawberry. I know its berry, but it nay be difficult to call it strawberry. There is a good level of carbonation and in the middle I'm starting to get a hair of tartness, just a hair. Goes down fairly easy and actually has some refreshing character about it. Just wish it didn't finish with those wheat ale bitter nips.

So, got a can of this at a local beer run in Seminole. It smells like a fest beer and it also looks like a fest beer. I'm a little disappointed that it lacks the 6%+ of most fest beers. The taste is pretty much even keeled, but it does have a tad of unexpected astringent bitterness that is noticeable. Oh well, its a brand new brewery for me and I'm glad I had a chance to try it. So be it. Decent level of carboantion and I was able to finish the can without any complaints. There, you have it.

Draft sampler at the 2023 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pitch black color with a tiny light brown head. Aroma of molasses and heavy booze. The taste follows the nose: Souring molasses flavor with super heavy booze. I can't even finish a sample. 40

I was hoping for a little more here. The initial impression was a graininess that made me think oh its a pre-proh but the more I got into it, the more it just seemed like a simple possibly corn-laden lager. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but the graininess and low hopping left me empty. There's so many good craft lagers out there these days, its hard for me to think of this as anything more than a variant of PBR, and that's not what I want out of a craft lager.

A regular IPA! Crystal clear, bronze, decent big foamy head that retained for a good while and left heavy lacing on the glass. Nose features some citrus hops, but also a tad floral and grassy in an English hop way. Very light caramelized malts in the nose too. Flavor features a nice balance between citric/herbal/grassy hop flavorings and a decently rounded caramel malt presence, with a medium bitterness at finish. Leans semi-sweet but I might say its really balanced, right in the middle. Moderate mouthfeel - it drinks its weight at 7% ABV. A decent regular old IPA, nothing earth shattering but refreshing to find in a sea of hazies and juicies.
