We make beers focused on where our ingredients, especially our grain, comes from and how it was farmed. Our brewing inspiration comes from Belgium farmhouse traditions, classic British beers and modern innovation. It’s what we love doing. We strive to create tasty beers while supporting farmers who are saving our soils and ecosystems with regenerative agriculture.

Fra fat på The Hop Locker. Uklar korngylden med ok skum. Lys malt og tydelige kryddertoner fra gjæren. Mild bitterhet og tørr avslutning.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours murky orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Big apricot character, like a glass of dried apricots, some light pine, citrus, pale bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation and somewhat oddly oily mouthfeel. Apricot and citrus in the finish, restrained bitterness. Interesting.

Keg at Hop Locler 1. Attached has a fruit tang alongside a grainy streak. Hazy dark orange. Thin foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resinous. This is followed up by tany citrus. Gets more fruity. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Somewhere between West Coast IPA and NE haze.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours mostly clear yellow with a tight, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with nice, fresh pale grains, some grassy bitterness, lemon peel, crunchy straw. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, quenching bitterness, more grass and straw, crisp biscuits. Has an earthy quality about it. Excellent.
