Another grab from these folks. Handsome can design draws me in but this a lovely brew. Light cloudy dirty gold. Sudsy white head. Nose is fruity and grassy. Tastes of mango, pineapple, grass, floral, herbs. Smooth palate. No bitterness.

Canned 8/18/21, drunk 9/3/21.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, bronze-brass with a small, white head showing low retention.
Nose is spicy, lightly fruity with plentiful orange, lemon and tangerine and a bit more stiff pine and white grapefruit from the El Dorado. Malts show dough and biscuit with almost no honey-like character. Doesn't really come off juicy, but more of a very fruity. No alcohol or flaw noted. Clean for this brewery (brewmaster's tavern).
In the mouth it's soft and very dry with absolutely no sweetness and no juiciness. Lemon, unripe mango and white grapefruit with biscuit/dough malt coming off a bit bland. Low, engaging carbonation, with no alcohol, flaw or twang. Some spice and pine linger on the end. Quite good. Really like the dryness here and I daresay it's almost too dry. Hope the owner can find some success with this and start his own brewery soon. Very promising.
