Draft, half pint. @Oflanaghans, Compostela. 27/04/2023 [#6.079 Global - #1.291 Spain - #1 Dúa Sparkling Beer (My Spanish brewery #289)] Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium off-white head. Aroma: cider, mild honey and spiced malts. Taste: cider like, apples and honey. Spiced mouthfeel. Next one please!

On tap at Taproom Madrid - Guzman El Bueno, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, light farmhouse funky and some aged wood. Flavour has a nice aged wood character to it, rustic farmhouse notes, and some gentle champagne-like effervescence. Nice sparkling body to it, with a classic bi�re de garde feel. Very good.

Never heard of Dúa but this is good stuff. Now I wish I had bought the Ambree. Bought at a random alley, tiny but well curated craft beer shop in Valencia.
