Dorada limpia de espuma blanca abundante que desaparece al momento dejando aspecto de sidra. Aroma no muy intenso pero curioso, de predominio floral y especiadas apreciándose ligeramente el chipotle. Carbónica en lengua, ligeramente picante al paladar y con notas ácidas sorprende en boca, dejando un regusto picante al final. Experimental pero no está mal probarla

(Can, 0.44l, from a wine shop in Salou, 20250430) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small, fizzy and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness, farmhouse and honey. Palate was medium bodied and dry with mild heat and quite high carbonation. Flavours were honey, fruitiness, grass, spiciness and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry, grassy, spicy and bitter. A surprisingly nice low ABV beer with adjuncts. The high carbonation worked well.

Аромат диких дрожжей, немного сена от этого, есть цедра от цитрусовых, прям с корочкой. Цвет бледно желтый. Вкус такой же, снова немного дрожжей, есть цедра от которой идет небольшая горчинка и сухость. Удивительно что Аргентинцы/Испанцы так попали в этот Бельгийский стиль.

Nouvelle brasserie itinérante qui se concentre sur des saisons mais en cannette.
Couleur dorée, col blanc.
Arôme ets frais avec un agréable bouquet de romarin qui donne un côté rustique campagnard avec un rétro-nasal sur une base de saison belge qui se ressent dans la levure. Houblonné sur le noble avec un léger côté floral tout en étant accompagné par le côté plus doux de l'ajout de miel dans la bière. Ce dernier conforte le côté rustique qui se marie bien avec le romarin.
Palais est frais assez sec avec un caractère rustique plaisant, frais par l'ajout du romarin avec un côté organique venant de l'ajout de miel. Le tout garde une certaine douceur en bouche avec un côté un peu bonbon.

Can at the rental flat in Sofia - picked up from Pivoteka. Pours clear yellow with a lively, billowing white fluff of a head. Lightly sweet with soft lemony notes, dried wheat, a little grain, low yeast expression, mild bitter grass and hay. Light bodied with active carbonation. Lightly drying finish, pretty clean.
