Aromas are mainly resin with a little caramel malt, citrus and a bit of weed. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, resin doesn't seem too fresh, and comes on stronger along with the slightly out of balance bitter, sweet. Decent carbonation. Not bad but not great.

On tap at Pilot Project, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subtle, bringing out the prickly pear upfront, gentle lacto and maybe a hint of the pepper. Flavour is bright, with big prickly pear notes, lacto, some gentle habanero, and very high carbonation that gives it a sort of grainy, seltzery character. Other than the overcarb issue, this is well-balanced and well-made.

On tap at Pilot Project, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of guava, a touch of brett, and some coriander. Flavour is grainy and spicy, with lots of guava, brett and spicy yeast. Nicely balanced, with an above average carbonation. Pleasant.

On tap at Pilot Project, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite heavily smoked upfront, with salt, spiciness, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is quite smoky, with lots of salt, fermented out agave, and smokiness. I don't think this works all that harmoniously. The carb is a bit too much, giving it this grainy character. Odd. Not fully convinced by this one.

Rather unique beer. Boysenberry tone is faded, sort of weak, though the body is a murky greyed purple. Brett has dried it out, but not so much funk or nuance yet. Uniquely dry, pleasant body.

Tap at Pilot Project. Amber-orange body, frothy beige head. Sweet, sort of a cinnamon apricot tone. Doesn't really taste like any beer I've had before. Not really that good.

Tap at DU. Rather unimpressive brewing...buttery earthy off tones. Candy hop and malt combination. Really homebrewish, a waste of Nectaron. Not that good.

16oz can. Has a deeper chocolate tone than most dark lagers. Drinkable, fresh, but doesn't really come off that well executed. Aroma isn't that enjoyable. Overall not that impressive.

16oz can. Filtered tan body. Pretty pleasant Mexican Lager, not as deep and malt centered as some, a little more hop depth though. Touch of Corn? Tettnanger and Motueka is a cool combination, I don't get much Citra thankfully but I suppose it works in fleshing it out. Easy drinking, clean, well made, with a pleasant modern lean. Good.

On tap at Pilot Project. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, cracker, roast. Slick body, raisin, cracker, roast, dry finish, very good.
