Brewer's Kitchen is an experimental brewery created by the people behind Pilot Project and made to honor the places, meals, and people that have created our little kitchen sink of life.

We share our experiences through Brewer’s Kitchen. We make culinary inspired beer, culturally inspired beer, experience inspired beer, and unabashedly remain beer inspired people.

We brew most of our stuff at Pilot Project Brewing in Chicago and Milwaukee. Check us out Pilot Project’s taproom or in retailers across Chicagoland.

16oz can. Filtered tan body. Pretty pleasant Mexican Lager, not as deep and malt centered as some, a little more hop depth though. Touch of Corn? Tettnanger and Motueka is a cool combination, I don't get much Citra thankfully but I suppose it works in fleshing it out. Easy drinking, clean, well made, with a pleasant modern lean. Good.

On tap at Pilot Project. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, cracker, roast. Slick body, raisin, cracker, roast, dry finish, very good.

Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pre ripe pineapple and sweet citrus rind with a bit of mango and slight sweet grains underlying. Flavor has pre ripe pineapple and mango with some earthy citrus and a touch of earthy bread in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project. Pours a clear copper gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has light grass and pine with a bit of citrus rind and bread underlying. Flavor has light pine and a bit of resin with some earthy grass and bread backing.

Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project. Pours a yellow with a hint of orange and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank mango and earthy pineapple with a bit of bitter citrus supporting. Flavor has dank pineapple and dank mango with some citrus and a hint of onion in the finish.
