Canned 8/20/25, drunk 3/28/26.
Smells aromatic and clean. Big malt notes with a lightly crisp yeast/mineral character on the finish. Salt probably helping bring forth the light, herbal saaz and other aromatics. Lingering honey and light bread.
Rich and malty with a lovely floral/herbal character as the sea salt interacts with the noble hops. Soft but well-attenuated with a very high drinkability. Quite malt-forward but there's more than enough bitterness to balance. Unsurprisingly, brewed at Single Cut, it's very competent. Only complaint is that the salt rounds it a bit too much. Would like a bit more crispness/spiciness.

Lots of salt and light cherry. Sumac is there, though it's not a super familiar flavour for me. Pours ruby red without much lasting head. Finishes with light tang but mostly a savory finish. Can at Green Zone in DC.
