4 oz draft. Flavor has a leafy green fresh picked hop character. Very soft pine with low bitterness. Lighter side of medium body. Very drinkable.

4 oz draft. Crystal clear yellow. Aroma is soft apple and honey. Flavor follows with a soft spice in the finish. Light body with a mild apple lingering. Crisp texture.

4 oz draft. Flavor is mild smoke, old chocolate, leather hints. Good texture with light lingering smoked malt. Well-made just not a style. I really enjoy too much.

16 oz draft at Panzanellas Italian Pizzeria. Aroma of baked bread, apple skins, dried apricots. Flavor follows, with a crisp body and a strange hint of tea leaves. Decent overall.

Draught at Panza Ella's, 11/11/23. Clear bronze-golden. Small, white head to ring immediately. Fruity, cidery, herbal nose. Thick, honey malts. Rich, thick, syrupy, sweet, very herbal with plentiful tea. Bitter tea lingering. Kind of a rollercoaster of sweet rich malt up front followed by tea-like bitterness and dryness on the end. Seems like it should work better than it does.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Aroma has sugar, peppery yeast and minerals. The flavor has a tons of peppery yeast with esters. I can’t find any barrel. Where is the barrel?? Paid $21.99 for this?

750mL bottle shared by AFHops on 10/20/23. Clear blonde-to-copper. Small white head of bubbles. Fruity, kind of sweet. Not getting much good Sagamore. Maybe some spice. White pepper...idk about these Belgian beers by Northwoods....just kinda boozey and there. Soft, spicy, kinda stewed white peppery. Some white sugar, cumin/curry. Not much, if any, Sagamore. Maybe a bit of spice and chewy rye. It's not the worst Belgian I've had...it's not overdone on clove or bubble gum, but there's not a lot of positive to say about it.

It's ok. Not much barrel, it's meh for sure.

16 oz. Can. Clear yellow / pee gold in appearance. Aroma of bread and faint fruits. Tastes of toffee, apple, peppery yeast, malt. Smooth palate. Slightly sweet finish. Pretty much as you would expect from the style.

16 oz can. Aroma is soft florals with cracker malt. Flavor follows with the addition of some citrus. Body is lean with a lighter texture. It’s just OK bit does work as a nice beach or lawnmower beer.
