At Cellarist, July '23. Half pour. Hazy, yeasty, middling gold, thick head. Sour, pumpkin+y, obvious cherry wood nose. Decently sour, woody, acorny, faintly soapy, oat-y, lime, with a potent twangy finish. Complex yet refreshing & yummy.

On tap at the source, July '23. Frothy, active, clear pale gold half pour. Soapy sour, creamy, gentle baked bread yeastiness. Tasty gin-centric, twangy quarter sour floral pickle, doughy middle distraction, sussed out the cherry wood. Salt. Lime-ish white bread finish. Good quaffer.

At the source, July '23. Sucker for tea beers. Hazy, mostly clear, pale, crazy active, frothy. Fresh, earthy, light green tea boring bullshit. Taste is slightly soapy, mulch-y, breakfast cereal, inviting acid, veg, thin pith & popsicle stick from whatever tea they used. Solid quaff, if just plain boring.

Pour @Cellarest. Hazy, pale straw pour, petri dish head. Airy, botanical, sharp, slight hot dog water. Soapy, lime-y, calcified, bright. Carbonic acid, woody pith, simple, beach level quaffable. Easy.

Bottle from Cellarest. We have a Juneberry tree in our yard, so we got the feels. It's sort of like a 15ft tall tree with blueberries on it that have an almond edge to them. Birds murder it every year. Goblet @home. Very slow moving bottle bomb even after being chilled at the source & two weeks in the fridge. Otherwise, a solid & frothy whitewash head over an opaque Lipton iced tea body. Sour, earthy berry skins, sharp cherrywood, cultured nose. Smells great. Taste is light, frothy, mellow acid, lots of skin, with lingering sour cherry skin. Tarragon/herby sweet, cherry wood astringency, lime pith & watermelon finish. Half sharp, half sour. It's got plenty going on, but comes off too thin. Not bold or remember-able, but still pretty good.
