16 ounce can. Aroma is roasted malt and anise. The flavor has plenty of roast with burnt molasses and that star anise hint. The body feels thin to me. (Or perhaps I drink to my imperials). Meh, just ok.

Can from the Packie Hazy murky electric yellow color is completely opaque, big frothy white head persists. Soft lightly pithy citrus and stone fruits with a solid light bready maltiness. Pretty nice brew.

Can pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque dark yellow with no discernible sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with decent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is very strong arm pit/ethnic food, grass, lobster claw shell, mild pineapple. Taste is more balanced than the aroma but still dominant musky element over mild pineapple and citrus. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, average carbonation, slightly astringent and finish as taste. Overall, decent complexity and strength but the flavors don't play off each other all that great. Interesting in a not-so-great way.

Can from the Packie. Solid black in color with a decent sized bubbly tan head that shows moderate retention. Roasty earthy aroma and flavor with hints of licorice and burnt sugars. Kind of thin body for an American stout, tastes more like a big dry stout. Nice flavor imho could use a bit of sweetness and body.

Can from the Packie Cloudy deep red and purple with a bubbly pink tinted head that dissipates a bit quickly. Big jammy berry aroma and flavor with with hints of bready malt lemons and light salt. Pretty nice.

Can from the Packie. Lightly hazy red pink color with a good sized short lived bubbly white head with a slight pink tinge. Raspberry nose and flavor with bits of lemony tartness. Mostly raspberry, sweet tasty.

16 ounce can. Typical appearance IPA. Aroma and flavor of the same. Mild melon, pineapple, bold grass. Malt backbone is bready. Lighter side of medium body with a dry texture. Pretty nicely constructed.

16 ounce can. Typical appearance. Flavors of citrus, and a bit of grass character. Maybe pineapple. Grass lingers after the sip. Medium bodied with a zero bitterness. It does have a softer texture. Solid.

Can from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Appearance is deeply hazy bright red (Hawaiian Punch--not sure, been a long time) with a few dark floats, attractive sparkle and finger-width pinkish-white creamy foam head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong tart (bordering on sour) raspberry and fruit with some sweet offset. Taste is strong, balanced sweet and tart raspberry. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation, no hint of alcohol, tartness that grabs the back of the bottom of the mouth and finish as taste. Overall, a well-done sour that stays within my comfort zone of balanced tart and sweet. Pretty to look at, a bit thin, but aroma and flavors are strong and right on the money. Fairly enjoyable for a style I'm not wild about. Not sure I would reach for it over an average NEIPA, but I appreciate the craft.
