Draft at Paragon, 2/13/26. Dark brown, slight reddish hue, thin beige head. Raisin, dark fruit, plum, caramel, toffee, and some bread. On the sweet side for sure. Fairly true to style. Full of flavor. Medium-full bodied. Quite nice.

This is quite perfumey, decent malt base, floral, touch of bubblegum. I can drink it but that's too much phenol for a saison.
Malty and clean. Sweet body but finishes slightly bitter. Nice.

16 oz can, 7/24/25. Pours a mostly clear gold color with a white head and some lighter, streaky lacework. Bright, grassy, melon, and pine. Crisp and enjoyable. Light citrus as well. Fairly dry. Tons of flavor. Well made.

16 oz can from Paragon, 7/13/25. Clear gold, white head, plenty of lace. Grapefruit, pine, dough, grass. Nice flavor profile. Good mouthfeel. Good beer.

Draft at Paragon, 7/3/25. Clear gold, thick white head. Creamy head. Herbal, grassy, pine, and some citrus. Bright. Smooth. Quite good.

Draught at Post Bar, smallish head, light hazy palish red colour, cooked cherries and spiciness, cinnamon noticable, quite sweet and just a whiff of sourness. Not too good.

Draft at Paragon, 6/4/25 (2025 Anniversary Maibock). Unclear orange color, thin head, no lace. Grainy, earth, spice. A little sweet, bready malt. Lightly boozy on the finish. Pretty good.
