16 oz. can. Dated 05/16/22. Aroma shows grapefruit and sweet citrus. I guess you can get a little bit of peach and apricot upfront then it transitions to grapefruit. Soft grapefruit peel bitterness. The main character I keep picking up is grapefruit. A little bit of juice texture that turns dry after the swallow.

4 oz. Draft. Aroma and flavor are a carbon copy. Soft mango, moderate pineapple with a herbal/ spicy finish. Stronger pine -like bitterness that most craft drinkers would not associate with the NEIPA style.

4 oz. Draft. Light brown in color. Flavor is rich with toffee and earthy grain. So much so that I can’t find the yeast character. A bit underwhelmed with this. Looking for some German yeast.

Pours pale gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Pineapple and passion fruit aromas. Soft with sweet pineapple, passion fruit and apricot front to back. Lasting dusty guava finish.
