Can: Poured a clear pale golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light sugar notes and light grainy notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some sweet notes and herbal hops notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. A bit too sweet for the style.

Draft: Poured a brown color Dunkel with a medium size off-white foamy head with average retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with dry herbal hops notes. Taste is also a mix of grainy cereal and light caramel notes with a semi-dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK but unrefined malt base could be improved upon.

Brewery draught, 12/30/23. Kinda dark bronze? Clear. Off-white head, moderate retention. Nose is pretty tame, lime, tropical, sweet malts and bread. Clean yeast. Lightly bitter, tropical, lots of lime and light mango-papaya. Medium body, malty, good attenuation. Clean.

4 oz. pour (Firkin' Cask) at Keep NH Brewing fest. Hazy dark yellow with finger-width white head and nice lacing. Aroma is nice mix of citrus, cooking pizza herbs. Taste is fairly subtle fruit, malt backbone. Mouthfeel is as expected. Overall, neither terribly strong nor complex. OK.
