Brewery draught, 5/8/26.
Bright and tropical with spice, stone fruit and white bread-like maltiness. No overboiled hop, no toast, caramel, excessive resin.
Fruity, fairly soft though not nearly as mushy as your average NEIPA. Big spice, light floral notes and excellent maltiness. Clean and very modernized WC.

Lightly spicy, but not the super floral character you usually get from HBlanc. Rich maltiness with big honey and slight sourdough. Good spice, mineral lingering.
Malty yet drying out nicely on the finish. None of the gross resin and heavy earthy-chalk I usually associate with Hallertau Blanc. Balanced, with good acidity to match the maltiness. Good minerality.

Wow, it smells like a smoked porter! Nicely smoked. That should be how it smells, but from my experience, most breweries that do a lot of volume of people who don't care much about beer don't actually make their smoked beer smokey. This one is, though, and it's quite rich for beechwood, with fudgey chocolate behind it and a good bit of hop and roast.
Smoke continues in to the flavor. The menu said this was 4.8% but the taplist on the wall said 6.1% and I believe that (6.1). Just too rich and malty for 4.8%. Not syrupy but very chewy. But not too sweet. Roast and slight hop help see to that.

Brewery draught, 11/9/24. Clear, light copper-golden. Very light for a vienna. Small, white head, moderate retention. Big mineral, biscuit, honey-like base malt in the nose with herbal hops and good yeast. Malty as hell but with a hint of toasted sourdough to-style. Drying out considerably with light hop bitterness and good yeast character. Malty, deep and attenuated. Very clean and incredibly flavorful.

Brewery draught, 11/9/24. Dark yellow-golden. Clear. Small, white head, modest retention. Rice sugar and interesting mineral with a hint of sourdough, honey and cracker from the malt. Touch of floral and herbal notes from hop. Very clean with good mineral and yeast. Very malty in the mouth with excellent depth and attenuation. Robust and rich with honey, graham cracker and rice sweetness. But it dries out nicely on the finish with mineral, yeast and mild hop. Maybe not quite to style, given its big maltiness, but I'm not complaining.

Draft: Poured a pale amber color lager with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some fresh raspberry notes and light malt notes. Taste is also a mix of malt with subtle tart notes and fresh raspberry notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Mixed of a vienna lager with some raspberry ,which actually works.

Draft: Poured a clear pale golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes and dry herbal hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some sweet notes and herbal hops notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. A little bit too sweet for the style but still refreshing.
