Bottle. Poured a mostly clear ruby red color with a small pink head. Red wine, tart. Flavor was raspberries, tartness, vinous. Big woody oak. Tasty stuff.

Tart plum and Raspberry. Some wine. Dark brown pour with decent head. Tart finish. Nice stuff, great for style. Bottle.

50cl bottle pours a clear garnet amber with a ring of beige head. Nose has big vinegar, balsamic, a little persimmon, malt. Flavor has a nice malt backbone, big acid, big oak. Tannins. Dry and full bodied. Nicely balanced. High acid.

~14 oz Willebecher draft at Sandhills Brewing in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a hazed golden yellow with a half inch foamy white head. The aroma is grapefruit along with maybe some wheat grain. The taste is golden ale flavor primarily with grapefruit peel bitterness and some of the fruit. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a slightly dirty finish.

Can, shared by Chris M. Pours dull hazy yellow orange. Lemon, orange, grain, lightly bitter, little herbal. Medium body. Fine.

Willebecher draft at Sandhills Brewing in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with a thin white head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is bright grass and cracker malt. The taste is clean Pilsner malt, grass and a soft dry floral towards the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with natural carbonation and the dry crisp clean finish. Super easy drinking.

Canned (thanks Jeremy Crotts!). Amber colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity and mild toffeeish and some grainy notes. Flavour is citrus, some mild floral, fruity and some malty and bready tones.
