Bottle at craft beer junction. A hazed red coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet strawberry. Nutty brown bread. Light tart. Plum. Jammy fruit. Flavour is composed of semi sweet light tang, jammy fruit plum. Earthy grains. Palate is semi sweet z tart highish carbonation.

Draft at Fermentage, Lisbon. Hazy dark red brown with a big pink head. Aroma of grapes, wood, soft funk. Dry, medium bodied and soft carbonation.

Can at the taproom. Dark brown with a tan head. Bready, light toasty, chocolate and light hoppy aroma. Moderate carbonation and light body.

24/1/2026. Bottle at ITFC Beer share. Courtesy of Boris, huge thanks! Nice pour, foamy beige head. Deep roasted, chocolate, hoppy, tropical, piney, waxy, ashy, orange. Excellent bitter and sweet mix. Good body, average carbonation. Lovely bipa.

375ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Minimally perfumed and floral, herbal-grassy hoppy, minimally fruity hoppy aroma, roasty, dark malty background, notes of scallions, coffee, some quince and bitter orange, a touch of orange flavoured dark chocolate, whiffs of petals. Taste is bitter roasty, dark malty and bitter, slightly resinous, grassy, minimally fruity hoppy, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, some quince, bitter orange, a touch of physalis; lingering, bitter, minimally zesty as well as minimally ashy finish.
Oily-watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, soft carbonation.
Rich and intense, some nice "dirty" aspects - good.
