Keg at the tapprom in Lisbon. First impression was very good with a classic taste for the style. Weisse can come across a bit sickly and heavy though and this one felt like on that end towards the end. Undeniable well crafted.

Keg at the taproom in Lisbon. This is the most smoothie like beer I have ever had. It smelt and looked just like a fruit smoothie. Was thick AF - sticking to the glass like a smoothie does. Berry explosion in the taste with a gentle beery sourness. Very weird and barely beer but hey it was interesting.

Tap at the brewpub. Semi clear golden pour with a finger wide white head. Nose is hay, honey bread, with a hint of noble hops. Taste is sweetish grains upfront, hay and bread show, then tje finish is slightly on the bitter side and it’s pleasantly dry as well. Light, refreshing, chuggable.

Tap at the brewpub. Wonderful harmony of hints of elegant smoke and a clean, crisp base beer. Talk about equilibrium brochachos, I wish my life was half this balanced. Superb.

Straight from the tank, look at me being in the inner circles. This is a delicate, sophisticated fröccs, it manages to maintain the character of the grapes, which must’ve been a challange when put up against something as intense as passion fruit, the acidity-funkyness is also spot on, and you gotta love the tropcial vibes coming from the maracuja. I love sessionable strength beers that manage to stay layered and interesting, and this is certainly one of those.

Tap at the brewpub. Roasty and earthy, with a nice minerality and pleasantly dry body, smooth and moreish. A touch too thin maybe, otherwise pretty nice.
