Bottle. Clear amber to brown body with a light, beige head. Aroma is malt, licorices and a light hint of cooked vegetables. Flavor is light malty, hint of toast, sweet licorices and low bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite boring, but nothing wrong in flavor despite the vegetables in aroma.

Bottled. Deep brown colour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is rye bread, some cinnamon, mild syrup sweetness and some toasted elements. Flavour is sweet grains, some toast and a bunch of xmas spices (cinnamon and clove atleast). Not that Bock like... Still quite ok to drink as a spices beer though.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a fizzy, white head that settles with some lacework. Yeasty aroma, slight banana notes. Medium body, quite fizzy, yeast, banana and clove notes - everything there should be in a Hefe - although this appears more like a Kristall version. Dry and surprisingly hoppy finish. 021020
