Bottle @ Højbjerg juletasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, grass and hops.

Dark brown color, vanishing head. Aroma of sweet dark rye bread with hints of cinnamon and plastic. Medium-bodied. Soya sauce, sweet medicinal flavor with some XMas spices (cinnamon). Very industrial feeling.

Bottle @ Home. Pours amber with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, little nutty, wet paper. Flavor is rather weak, light malt, grain, cardboard. Thin watery body, lively carbonation. 101214

Bottle. Pours opaque black with small white head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, burnt sugar, caramelised potatoes and hints of licorice. Taste is very sweet and faint acidic. Body is light oily with soft to medium carbonation. Finish is long and very sweet with notes of malt syrup, sugar, caramel, fudge, cream and soy sauce. Too sweet for my taste.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, Karamell, etwas würzig. Geschmack röstmalzig, schokoladig, leicht würzig.
